Lunet Art Galerie was launched with the exhibition “Vietnamese Painting”
The birth of Lunet Art is an art organization in the form of a non-profit social enterprise, with its main activities: art exhibition, art curator, art training, development, and artistic patronage. With the desire to build and introduce art to the public in a professional manner, it is also a way to help and encourage artists, create a development corridor for them.
Lunet Art Galerie is an exhibition gallery and was launched in October 2019, learning and developing the traditional lacquer painting Art, Lunet Art chooses lacquer art as its strength. .
Therefore, the outset of Lunet Art Galerie will display an exhibition of works by four artists Nguyen Huy Hoang, Nguyen Quoc Huy, Trinh Quoc Chien and Tran Tuan Long – talented artists of Vietnamese contemporary art. In the 90s of the twentieth century, they were young painters, with their passion on lacquer material, their works won many prestigious awards both domestically and internationally. Until now, they are still true painters with a love for lacquer to produce great works.
The exhibition “Son Ta Voc Viet” at the Lunet Art Galerie includes works with high artistic value by the four artists. Each work is a different story, emotions and perspective of the world – the humane view of each artist.
Painter Nguyen Huy Hoang – an ingenious creative artist, his works are not only geared towards a classical academy, but each work is a historical monument, a cultural treasure of Vietnamese ethnic groups. .
Painter Nguyen Quoc Huy – a person looking for weaknesses. With creative exploration, he turned the rough materials of lacquer into the soft, dreamy “Fairy domain”. His works are wild, wild like clouds, the story of leaves whispering in the wind tells thousands of years of civilized history, the story of the village roof and banyan tree has witnessed many ups and downs of history. It can be said that he is the one who proves to the world painting community that lacquer is the best painting material, not only is it deep, but it can also be dreamy and soaring like the cloud.
Artist Trinh Quoc Chien – a mysterious person. His practice in each work is not simply a plane, it is not simply a layout of shapes and colors, but each work also requires people to enjoy enough tranquility to feel. A four-dimensional space, not only three-dimensional, but also adding the dimension of time, which he cleverly minimizes in his work. An imaginative mindset is simple to subtlety and tangible with only cubic arrangements that retain a whole treasure of humanistic doctrine with the spirit of Truth – Good – Fine.
Painter Tran Tuan Long – “Golden fire on silk”. One of his representative works is the work on Mother worship. He was the one who set fire to the resounding fire of Vietnamese culture on the silk. Each painting is a part of a great work that is still being developed, the works of which are evidenced by the brilliant images of the copper prices, the burning beliefs of the Vietnamese people are transmitted in a close way to traditional culture. With his talent, from the silk, the golden fire of the nation burned.
Lunet Art Galerie’s exhibition “Son Ta Voc Viet” introduces to the community including unique artworks of lacquer painting with the desire to prove the true artistic value on the path of building Vietnamese stature.
