The statue artist composes statues

Sculptor Ta Quang Bao – an artist Statue with great dedication to the monument in the country of Vietnam
One winter day, we came to a small house on Hoa Lu Street, an old artist – but the soul of the artist – very young, an artist who was paralyzed by a stroke, 80 years old but not because of heaven Cold that he stopped composing and laboring art.
He was still very happy, optimistic to welcome us, the jokes but full of philosophy and the noble notion of living, making all of us young people feel too small compared to him.

The image of a man, old but happy, skillful and drunkenly composed with one hand, others is paralyzed. Around him many large and small sculptures, the family exhibited as a miniature museum. This image illustrates the tireless labor of art, a never-ending source of work.
“People have to have ideals, dreams, dreams to live. People have to work, create labor and leave this life with the values of true labor, leaving a lot of labor value for this life to last forever over time” – He spoke slowly but enthusiastically.
Sculptor Ta Quang Bao experienced through war, he was a soldier who fought with the experience of the battlefield and the love of his homeland. He spent most of his life dedicating great works of art to country – the monuments of victory, the monuments honoring the heroic martyrs, the monument praising the fighting power of Vietnamese.
He shared his artistic viewpoint: “The strength of Vietnamese artists is culture, wherever in the world the strength is still geographical culture. Artists must know how to combine national art and modern art, how to make it smooth, not be hard and dry.”
And not far away, with his work, he demonstrates the power of national culture to be used creatively to make great monumental works. The monuments he composed are not only of cultural, historical and social conservation value but they are also of great value in preserving the values of visual arts.
For us, the young people were honored and regarded him as an artist monument – the statue artist composes statues.
